The League's Player of the Month is voted for by the opposition for each game. Then I assume, if one player gets a few consecutive Man of the Match performances, he'll win the monthly award.Cheadle Town did win a Player of the Month award a few years ago, I think his name was Steve Elwell and his award is still in the cabin.

Ah yes, the NWCFL do have a League Player of the Month. I'll see what Trevor and Steve's intentions are (and to ask them if we've ever had a player that's won it!).Player profiles? Looks like I'll have to give up on them for this season. The best time to get that kinda thing sorted out is pre-season, so I hope to re-visit the player profile issue and use that time to get some new individual

I wasn't aware that the club did any "player of the month" awards. I know they have a "manager's player of the season" and a "players' player of the season" at the end of the season....Anyhow, yes, why not...Carl for 'Player of the Month', I'd go with that!('Player of the Month'....hmmm, an idea for the blog next season, methinks....)
